  • Thanks to Greg J. for preparing and providing this digital version of the programme.

Feel free to share these files with others.

Note: If the graphics or colours appear distorted on your device’s screen :

  • Refresh the page in the browser ;
  • Adjust the view’s “zoom” function.
    • Regardless of the image on the screen – even if it appears as an empty box on your device – the downloaded versions of these files will be as expected.

There is the option to print the programme if you wish.  It will require 8 1/2″ x 11″ copier paper, one programme page per sheet.  Choose to print on both sides of the paper, if that feature is available and desired.

  • Thanks to Paula Q. for preparing and providing this digital version of the programme.

Also, there are printable versions which fold into the standard programme style as two images per page with double-sided printing.  One version is for printers which automatically turn/flip images or paper during the printing process;  the other version is for printers which do not (i.e.  To facilitate this process, some images have been rotated 180 degrees in the original file). Arrange pages and centre fold in booklet style.
